How come my eyes hurt if i play video games?
when i play video games (especially guitar hero or rock band) my eyes start to hurt and they water and get red a little. any one know why and how i can help this?

Staring for long times at a screen full of information that you have to focus intently on – and not blink or you will miss something! – can cause eye strain.
Take frequent breaks. Walk away from the screen and focus on other things. Go outside.
Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
