Songs to play for beginner acoustic guitar?

Well, I’m trying to teach myself how to play the guitar. I can play basic chords, but I haven’t really mastered bar chords yet.
What are some songs that I could play? I generally like rock and “indie” music- some of my favorite bands/artists are The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Talking Heads, The Strokes, Iron and Wine, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, The Decemberists, and the Velvet Underground, but they don’t have to be from those bands/artists

try Come Together. It is a very easy song to learn.
